Estimated Seller Fees on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibli in Indonesia, June 2025

Marketplaces companies generally implement seller fees, a system of deductions or commissions for each transaction made by sellers through their applications.

These deductions vary depending on company policy, the type of product sold, and the specific features utilized by the seller, such as free shipping services or other promotional programs.

The following is a range of seller fees at Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibli in Indonesia, compiled from each company's official website as of June 19, 2025:

1. Shopee: Seller Fee 2.5% to 17.4%

Shopee applies a minimum seller fee of 2.5% of the product transaction value.

This lowest fee is an Administrative Fee for Non-Star sellers (having completed more than 50 orders) selling Category E products, such as electronics, cameras/drones, health products, food/beverages, and cars, without utilizing any services or promotional programs.

The highest seller fee on Shopee is 17.4% (consisting of 10.2% Administrative Fee + 1.8% Shopee Mall Fee + 4% Free Shipping XTRA Service Fee + 1.4% Promo XTRA Service Fee).

This highest fee is charged to Shopee Mall sellers using all of Shopee's services/promotional programs and selling Category A products, namely fashion, electrical goods, daily necessities, mobile phones/accessories, beauty products, mother and baby products, sports/outdoor equipment, household goods, automotive/accessories, and others.

In addition to these fees, starting July 20, 2025, Shopee will implement an Order Processing Fee of Rp1,250 for each order received by the seller.

2. Tokopedia: Seller Fee 5% to 15.8%

Tokopedia applies a seller fee or Platform Commission Fee of between 1% and 8% (effective rate) of the transaction value.

Starting June 10, 2025, Tokopedia also mandates a Dynamic Commission Fee ranging from 4% to 6% of the transaction value, with a maximum deduction of Rp40,000 per transaction.

Therefore, the lowest seller fee on Tokopedia is 5% (consisting of 1% Platform Commission Fee + 4% Dynamic Commission Fee), charged to sellers of telecommunication vouchers.

The highest seller fee on Tokopedia is 15.8% (consisting of 8% Platform Commission Fee + 6% Dynamic Commission Fee + 1.8% Mall Service Fee).

This highest fee is charged to Seller Mall sellers selling fashion, textiles, mobile phones/accessories, automotive/accessories, computers/office equipment, shoes/sports equipment, beauty products, mother and baby products, home decor, kitchenware, and others.

The figures above do not include Affiliate Commission, which is a fee if the seller wishes to collaborate with content creators to promote products. The Affiliate Commission amount is determined based on an agreement between the seller and the content creator.

3. Lazada: Seller Fee 4.25% to 18.24%

Lazada applies an Administrative Fee of 1.82% for all sellers, and a Commission Fee that varies according to product category, ranging from 2.43% to 10.2%.

Therefore, the lowest seller fee on Lazada is 4.25% (consisting of 1.82% Administrative Fee + 2.43% Commission Fee).

This lowest fee is charged to regular Marketplace Sellers selling Category D products, such as mobile phones/tablets/accessories, computers/laptops, printers, monitors, projectors, and others.

The highest seller fee on Lazada is 18.24% (consisting of 1.82% Administrative Fee + 10.2% Commission Fee + 4% Free Shipping Max Program Fee + 2.22% Surprise Bonus Program Fee).

This highest fee is charged to LazMall sellers utilizing all application services and selling Category A products, such as cameras/drones, home heating/cooling appliances, fashion/accessories, shoes/sportswear, children's toys, beauty and skincare products, automotive, kitchen equipment, and others.

4. Blibli: Seller Fee 2.5% to 8%

Blibli applies a commission fee for sellers ranging from 2.5% to 8%.

However, Blibli does not provide details regarding the commission percentage per product category or other provisions. Detailed information can only be found in the Contract & Commission document, available to registered sellers.

Blibli states that it will provide various free facilities for sellers, including Blibli Seller Apps, product photos, free instant and same-day delivery services, and various promotions.
