Bali Food Prices Thursday (7/11): Egg, Beef, and Sugar Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Thursday (7/11/2024) at 11:12 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, SPHP rice, pure beef, premium rice, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, bulk cooking oil, fine iodized salt, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp1,220 (4.08%) to Rp31,100 per kg. Curly red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp450 (2.48%) to Rp17,680 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 21 food commodities in Bali according to Bapanas on November 7, 2024, at 11:12 WIB.

6. Red Chilies: Rp31,100 per kg (up 4.08%)
7. Red Onion: Rp29,110 per kg (up 1.5%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp26,860 per kg (up 0.56%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp26,190 per kg (up 2.18%)
10. Curly Red Chilies: Rp17,680 per kg (down 2.48%)
