Daily Price of Medium-Sized Garlic at Modern Markets, April 2024-2025

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 4:23 PM WIB, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in Aceh province's modern markets showed no change compared to the previous day or the last week.

However, compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets has increased from the previous record of Rp50,000 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in Aceh's modern markets over the past three months has increased by 13% from the previous trading price of Rp50,000 per kg.

The highest price increase for medium-sized garlic in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2019 with a 54.06% increase, and the lowest decrease was recorded in October 2017 with a -26.66% decrease.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Aceh show two commodities decreased and 17 others increased. The commodities with price decreases are Green Chili and Chili.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to price changes over the past month in Aceh province:

1. Green Chili per Kg: Rp75,600 per kg (down 5.5%)
2. Curly Red Chili per Kg: Rp77,500 per kg (up 121.43%)
3. Cooking Oil per Kg: Rp21,250 per kg (up 2.91%)
4. Red Chili per Kg: Rp77,500 per kg (up 121.43%)
5. Branded Cooking Oil Package 2 per Kg: Rp21,300 per kg (up 2.65%)
6. Medium-sized Garlic per Kg: Rp56,500 per kg (up 13%)
7. Chili per Kg: Rp75,600 per kg (down 5.5%)
8. Rice per Kg: Rp15,550 per kg (up 0.32%)
9. Garlic per Kg: Rp56,500 per kg (up 13%)
10. Medium-sized Shallot per Kg: Rp57,500 per kg (up 38.55%)
