Daily Price of Red Chili Peppers in Traditional Markets, February 2024-2025

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of red chili peppers in traditional markets in Bali Province is recorded at Rp70,900. This price is up Rp900 compared to the previous day.

Over the past month, the daily price of red chili peppers in traditional markets has decreased from a previous record of Rp97,500.

Meanwhile, the daily price of red chili peppers in traditional markets in Bali over the past three months has increased by 82.26% from a previous record of Rp38,900.

The record increase in the daily price of red chili peppers in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in October 2016 with an increase of 48.57%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in February 2020 with a decrease of -38.78%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Bali show three commodities decreased and 23 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Chicken Meat, Medium I Quality Rice, and Fresh Chicken Meat.
