As of 16:45 WIB this afternoon, the Indonesian rupiah spot exchange rate traded at Rp 16,659.4 per US Dollar on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. This represents a 0% strengthening compared to the previous close of Rp 16,660 per US Dollar. Today's rupiah trading is expected to range between Rp 16,980 and Rp 17,029 per US Dollar.

According to investing.com, the daily spot rupiah exchange rate has risen by -0.2% over the past week. Meanwhile, compared to 30 days ago, the daily spot rupiah exchange rate has declined by 0.46%.

However, over the past year, the daily spot rupiah exchange rate has actually appreciated (strengthened). The previous record high in the last year reached Rp 16,870 per US Dollar.

For the January-November 2025 period, the daily spot rupiah exchange rate has shown a weakening trend, moving 0.27% compared to a month ago when it stood at Rp 16,615 per US Dollar.

The current rupiah exchange rate conditions follow most regional currencies that are weakening against the US Dollar.

This afternoon, according to several major currencies monitored by Bank Indonesia, the rupiah weakened by 46.3 points (0.27%) to IDR 17,010 per US Dollar.
