Price of Bird's Eye Chili in Modern Markets for the Period April 2025-2026

Based on the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) panel, the daily price of bird's eye chili in modern markets of Lampung Province is recorded at Rp66.4 thousand per kg. This price remained unchanged compared to the previous day, as did the price trends over the past week.

Meanwhile, over the past month, the daily price of bird's eye chili in modern markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp81.85 thousand per kg.

Over the past three months in Lampung, the daily price of bird's eye chili in modern markets has increased by 2.71% from the previously recorded Rp64.65 thousand per kg.

The record increase in daily bird's eye chili prices in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in February 2017 at 69.96%, while the lowest decrease was recorded in October 2019 at -33.04%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine staple foods (sembako) in Lampung today show ten commodities decreased and eight increased. The sembako with decreasing prices are Shallots, Red Chili, Chicken Eggs, Large Red Chili, Fresh Layer Chicken Eggs, Red Bird's Eye Chili, Medium-sized Shallots, Green Bird's Eye Chili, Bird's Eye Chili, and Curly Red Chili.
