This increase occurred on Shopee Indonesia (Shopee.co.id), Tokopedia (Tokopedia.com), and Blibli (Blibli.com). However, visits to the Lazada Indonesia (Lazada.co.id) website decreased compared to the previous month.

1. Shopee Indonesia (Shopee.co.id): 138.6 million visits, up 4.98% (mtm)
In May 2025, the Shopee Indonesia website received 138.6 million visits from around the world. This figure increased by 6.6 million visits or grew by 4.98% compared to the previous month (month-to-month/mtm).
This achievement maintained Shopee's position as the e-commerce site with the most visitors in Indonesia, surpassing competitors such as Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibli.
In May 2025, Shopee held various promotional programs, such as the Shopee 5.5 Fashion & Beauty Sale, ShopeePay Serba Gratis (ShopeePay All Free), no admin fees, FFNS Fall 2025 Promo, and the Qurban (Sacrifice) Promo.
From the end of May to the end of June 2025, Shopee presented the YouTube Shopping Creator League competition. Through this program, creators were invited to showcase their storytelling skills through video content, while also optimizing their earning potential through Shopee's affiliate program.
2. Tokopedia (Tokopedia.com): 69.8 million visits, up 7.41% (mtm)
The Tokopedia website received 69.8 million visits in May 2025. This increased by 4.8 million visits or grew by 7.41% (mtm).
In May 2025, Tokopedia had promotional programs in collaboration with several banks, such as the Tokopedia Payday Promo for MNC Bank credit card holders, and the TokopediaxBRI Mega Deals Promo, which offered discounts and extra benefits for BRI card users.
Starting this month, Tokopedia implemented a new policy regarding its Free Shipping program.
"Starting June 10, 2025, the Free Shipping program fee to be borne by the Seller will be 6% with a maximum value of Rp40,000 for each pcs/item/unit of product, where the maximum Free Shipping value enjoyed by the buyer is no longer applicable," said Tokopedia management on its website (3/6/2025).
3. Lazada Indonesia (Lazada.co.id): 35.2 million visits, down 16.14% (mtm)
In May 2025, the Lazada Indonesia website received 35.2 million visits. Unlike its competitors, this site's visits decreased by 6.8 million visits or shrank by 16.14% (mtm).
That month, they held the eighth edition of Samsung LazMall Super Brand Day. This program is a collaboration between Samsung and Lazada Indonesia, offering various special deals, such as discounts up to 40%, extra vouchers up to Rp 500,000, and gifts for purchases of certain Samsung products.
Then, at the end of May 2025, Lazada's parent company announced a US$100 million investment in the Lazada Affiliate Program or LazAffiliate, to encourage creator-based commerce.

4. Blibli (Blibli.com): 15.9 million visits, up 12.69% (mtm)
The Blibli website received 15.9 million visits in May 2025, an increase of 1.8 million visits or growth of 12.69% (mtm).
In May 2025, Blibli held several promotions, including the Blibli Payday salary promotion offering cashback up to Rp700,000 and free shipping for certain transactions.
There were also Mega Flash Sale promotions with 50% discounts, Brand Deals with 90% discounts, Buy 1 Get 2, and special offers for precious metal investments.
