The Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) received 1,988 service requests related to Religious Holiday Allowance (THR) for workers since the THR hotline opened on March 28, 2023. This figure comprises 1,050 consultations and 938 complaints.
According to *Katadata*, the Secretary General of Kemenaker, Anwar Sanusi, explained that the 1,050 services covered 34 provinces and were compiled until April 14, 2023. Meanwhile, the 938 complaints received, compiled until April 15, 2023, involved 669 companies.
Anwar stated that of the 938 complaints received, 23 have already been followed up. The most common complaints were: 468 cases of unpaid THR; 377 cases of THR not paid according to regulations; and 93 cases of delayed THR payments.
Based on provincial mapping, Jakarta had the highest number of complaints with 312, followed by West Java with 217.
Then, Central Java with 106 complaints; Banten with 76; and East Java with 52. The remaining complaints are included in the graph above.
"Regarding these complaints, we will follow them up through Kemenaker's labor inspectors as well as provincial and district/city labor inspectors," Anwar said on Sunday (April 16, 2023).
Anwar explained that the integrated THR hotline operates from the provincial to district/city levels through the website https://poskothr.kemnaker.go.id.
