Food Prices in West Java Tuesday (November 4, 2025): Salt Prices Rise, Buffalo Meat Falls

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Referring to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (November 4, 2025) at 08.44 AM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 19 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include large red chili, packaged cooking oil, consumption salt, broiler chicken eggs, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken meat, bulk cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, red onions, and frozen buffalo meat (imported from abroad) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Consumption salt commodities saw the highest jump of Rp242 (2.38%) to Rp10,400 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of frozen buffalo meat (imported from abroad) experienced the deepest drop of Rp105,000 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
