Latest Food Prices in West Java: Onions Up, Salt Down

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (1/10/2025) at 12:48 PM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases are skipjack tuna, bulk wheat flour, broiler eggs, red onions, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as consumption sugar, farmer-level corn, consumption salt, bulk cooking oil, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel prices rose the highest by Rp1,077 (2.56%) to Rp43,175 per kg. Meanwhile, consumption salt prices dropped the deepest by Rp258 (2.47%) to Rp10,179 per kg.
