Food Prices Today, December 31, in Bali: Onions Up, Bird's Eye Chili Down

The prices of several food items in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (December 31, 2025) at 15:16 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include red onions, broiler chicken meat, and broiler chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red bird's eye chili and Honan garlic decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red onions saw the highest jump of Rp750 (1.84%) to Rp41,500 per kg. The price of red bird's eye chili dropped the most by Rp2,000 (3.41%) to Rp56,583 per kg.
