10 Provinces with the Two Highest Prices for Branded Packaged Cooking Oil (Monday, August 12, 2024)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded an average daily price of Rp 21,380 per kg for branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in modern markets across several provinces as of Monday, August 12, 2024. Overall, the average price this week increased compared to the previous week's average of Rp 21,260 per kg.

The daily price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in modern markets in East Nusa Tenggara was the highest in Indonesia, at Rp 29,250 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in this province is higher; previously it was recorded at Rp 16,850 per kg.

Meanwhile, in modern markets in Lampung, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) was sold at Rp 28,850 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in Bengkulu was Rp 26,300 per kg, North Maluku Rp 25,700 per kg, and Maluku Rp 23,350 per kg.

Meanwhile, there were 19 provinces with sales prices of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) were Jambi, Bangka Belitung Islands, and Riau Islands.
