Food Prices in South Sumatra Thursday (16/10), How Much is Fish?

Prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (October 16, 2025) at 13.55 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 9 increased and 12 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include bulk cooking oil, red shallots, packaged cooking oil, Minyakita, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, premium rice, milkfish, broiler chicken meat, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Consumption salt prices rose the highest by Rp168 (1.56%) to Rp10,938 per kg. The price of large red chili decreased the most by Rp1,041 (2.26%) to Rp44,923 per kg.
