Today's Food Prices in Aceh, December 24: Red Chili Up, Onion Down

Prices of several food commodities in Aceh today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (24/12/2025) at 17:47 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 11 increased and 5 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include premium packaged palm cooking oil, bulk palm cooking oil, wheat flour, bulk granulated sugar, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken meat, red cayenne pepper, beef hindquarter, red onion, and imported soybeans decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili commodity saw the highest jump of Rp9,500 (32.57%) to Rp38,667 per kg. Red onion prices experienced the deepest decline of Rp5,667 (10.97%) to Rp46,000 per kg.

8. Curly Red Chili: Rp34,375 per kg (up 1.85%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp24,200 per liter (up 5.22%)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,480 per liter (up 6.67%)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp19,900 per kg (up 3.82%)
