West Java Food Price List Today: Prices of Cooking Oil, Eggs, and Wheat Flour Drop (Friday, November 17, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 09:32 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased.

Red chili prices increased the most, by 5.21% or Rp4,360, reaching Rp88,070 per kg.

Next, the prices of bulk cooking oil and granulated sugar increased by 2.35% or Rp350 to Rp15,240 per liter and 2.24% or Rp360 to Rp16,430 per kg, respectively.

The price of skipjack tuna increased by Rp820 or 2.24% to Rp37,410 per kg, the price of garlic cloves increased by Rp770 or 2.23% to Rp35,350 per kg, and the price of dry soybean (import) increased by Rp120 or 1.02% to Rp11,920 per kg.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as iodized fine salt, simple packaged cooking oil, medium rice, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of iodized fine salt decreased by 5.83% or Rp620 to Rp10,010 per kg, the lowest price decrease today in West Java.

The price of simple packaged cooking oil was recorded at Rp17,170 per liter, down 2.61%, the price of medium rice decreased to Rp12,430 per kg from Rp12,700 per kg, and the price of packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased by Rp190 to Rp12,770 per kg.
