West Java Food Prices Monday (30/12): Chicken, Rice, and Beef Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (30/12/2024) at 09.23 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 18 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chili peppers, and red cayenne peppers.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, fine iodized salt, Indian mackerel, dry soybean (import), and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red cayenne pepper prices surged the highest at Rp3,190 (4.8%) to Rp69,640 per kg. Meanwhile, milkfish prices decreased the most at Rp2,540 (6.85%) to Rp34,550 per kg.
