By target group, the vaccination details to combat the COVID-19 virus in the province are as follows: The health workforce target was 23,710 recipients. For the first dose, 23,710 people were vaccinated (118.34% of the target), and for the second dose, 25,640 people were vaccinated (108.1% of the target).
For public sector workers, the target was 236,610 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 432,200 individuals (182.67% of the target), and the second dose reached 197,410 individuals (83.43% of the target).
For the elderly, the target was 222,250 individuals. The first dose was administered to 70,920 individuals (31.91% of the target), while the second dose reached 46,230 individuals (20.8% of the target).
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 1.84 million individuals. The first dose was administered to 544,930 individuals (29.78% of the target), while the second dose reached 280,450 individuals (15.36% of the target).
For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 364,230 individuals. The first dose was administered to 32,050 individuals (8.8% of the target), while the second dose reached 24,730 individuals (6.79% of the target).
