Based on target groups, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 32,220 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 32,220 people (137.11 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 128.49 percent or 41,400 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 402,220 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 385,190 people (95.76 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 78.24 percent, or 314,700 people.
The elderly population target was 405,570 people. For the first dose, 187,680 people were vaccinated (46.28 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 19.59 percent, or 79,440 people.
The target for the vulnerable general public was 2.41 million people. For the first dose, 1.48 million people were vaccinated (61.59 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 25.06 percent, or 602,680 people.
