In 2023, the administration, defense, and mandatory social security sector in Palangkaraya City recorded a value of Rp4.6 trillion. This is the highest among the 17 sectors, showing a 5.82% growth compared to the previous year's Rp4.21 trillion.
Following this is the wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles sector, which grew by 6.48% to Rp4.34 trillion, and the construction sector, which grew by 8.44% to Rp2.86 trillion.
