Food Prices Today, December 23 in West Java: Onions Rise, Red Chilies Fall

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Necessities Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (23/12/2025) at 18:22 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 2 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are Honan garlic and red onions.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as curly red chili and large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Honan garlic prices rose the highest by Rp50 (0.14%) to Rp34,800 per kg. Meanwhile, large red chili prices fell the deepest by Rp3,667 (7.74%) to Rp43,683 per kg.
