The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Mahakam Hulu Regency, East Kalimantan stood at 139.05 points in 2025.

This figure increased by 1.23 points compared to the previous year and decreased by 4.88 points over the past five years.

Quoting from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costs in a regency/city compared to the price in the reference city, namely Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.
