The Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) deposited Rp 516.6 billion in Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) in 2018 as part of state asset recovery. This figure represents a 167.28% increase from the previous period's Rp 193.3 billion. Specifically, the largest PNBP realization in 2018 came from confiscated assets in corruption cases (TPK), totaling Rp 323 billion, a 508.3% increase compared to Rp 53 billion in 2017.
The second largest PNBP realization was from TPK restitution funds, amounting to Rp 109.7 billion, a 257.53% increase compared to the previous period's Rp 30.7 billion. Further significant PNBP contributions came from the sale of confiscated assets in money laundering cases (TPPU) at Rp 43.4 billion and confiscated assets from TPPU at Rp 14 billion.
For information, based on Government Regulation Number 54 of 2019, the types of PNBP applicable to the KPK are based on legally binding court decisions. KPK PNBP includes state-confiscated assets from TPK and TPPU cases, TPK restitution payments, fines for TPK and TPPU cases, litigation costs, proceeds from the sale of state-confiscated assets from TPK and TPPU cases, gratuities, and compensation for goods or gratuities.
