Buleleng Regency Bali Construction Cost Index Reaches 109.12 Points in 2025

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Buleleng Regency, Bali stood at 109.12 points in 2025.

The figure rose by 4.36 points compared to the previous year and fell by 6.82 points over the past five years.

Quoting from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) publication on Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the reference city, Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.

Based on this definition, Buleleng Regency's IKK of 109.12 points indicates that building construction costs in the area are equivalent to 1.091 times the construction costs in Surabaya.
