2019 Indonesian Presidential Election KPU Real Count Update for DKI Jakarta: Jokowi Leads in 4 Regions

Based on the preliminary vote count (real count) of the 2019 Presidential Election, as reported by the General Election Commission (KPU) [https://databoks.katadata.co.id/datapublish/2019/04/22/update-real-count-pilpres-kpu-22-april-2019-08-00-wib-jokowi-5489-prabowo-4511], the Jokowi-Ma'ruf pair (pair number 01) [https://databoks.katadata.co.id/datapublish/2019/04/18/jokowi-maruf-unggul-versi-hitung-cepat-pergerakan-ihsg-positif] won in four regions of Jakarta: West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands. Meanwhile, the Prabowo-Sandi pair (pair number 02) won in two regions: South Jakarta and East Jakarta.

As of 8:45 AM WIB on Monday, April 22, 2019, 1.21 million votes had been counted from 5,581 polling stations (TPS) in Jakarta, approximately 19.2% of the total 29,063 TPS. From the votes counted, the Jokowi-Ma'ruf pair led with 645,150 votes (53.3%), while the Prabowo-Sandi pair received 565,366 votes (46.7%), a difference of 6.59%.

The Jokowi-Ma'ruf pair achieved their largest victory in West Jakarta with 58.16% of the vote, and their smallest in the Thousand Islands with 51.59%.
