The PDI-P had the highest electability at 16.4%, slightly ahead of Gerindra at 14.6%.

Golkar came in third with 11.9% of respondent votes, followed by PKS and PKB with 11.8% and 9.2%, respectively.

NasDem received 6.4%, PAN 5.2%, and Democrat 4.8%.

Other parties achieved electability below the parliamentary threshold (less than 4%).

However, 5.9% of respondents kept their choice secret or had not yet decided on a political party, and 6.5% did not know or did not answer.

Arya considered the electability of political parties to be dynamic.

"It depends on the parties' or candidates' campaign mobilization and the coattail effect of the presidential and vice-presidential candidates," he said.

The CSIS survey involved 1,300 respondents aged 17 and above, proportionally distributed across Indonesia's 34 provinces. The sample was taken using multistage random sampling.

Data collection took place from December 13-18, 2023, one day after the first 2024 Presidential Debate, using face-to-face interviews. The margin of error is approximately 2.7% with a 95% confidence level.
