The realization of People's Business Credit (KUR) disbursements in Indonesia in 2025 slightly decreased compared to last year.
This is evident from the Program Credit Information System (SIKP) managed by the Ministry of Finance.
Based on data from this source, from the beginning of the year until December 31, 2025, the national value of KUR disbursement agreements reached IDR 281.55 trillion.
Its value decreased by approximately IDR 10.09 trillion, or fell by 3.5% compared to KUR disbursements in 2024 (year-on-year/yoy).
Concurrently, the number of KUR debtors in 2025 also decreased by 1% (yoy) to 6.74 million debtors, as shown in the graph.
KUR is one of the government's programs to increase access to financing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
KUR is intended as working capital for individual MSME actors, business entities, and/or productive business groups who are viable but do not yet have collateral, or in other words, feasible but not yet bankable.
According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), KUR is the most accessed type of credit service by households in Indonesia.
