"As of February 20, 2026, there were 89 complaints received and more than half of them, or 46 complaints, have been successfully addressed and processed by the Satgas P2SP," said Purbaya at a press conference on Monday (23/2/2026).

Purbaya revealed that the complaints that have been processed relate to the licensing of Pertamina's bioethanol plant, a waste-to-energy electricity project in Benowo, pharmacy business licensing, funding for textile companies, shipping taxes, and import HS codes.

"I hope that within a year, we can eliminate almost all investment barriers from our economy," said Purbaya.
