Daily Cooking Oil Prices in Traditional Markets of West Sulawesi Province Increased by 4.04% in the Last Month

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 12:44 WIB, the daily price of cooking oil in traditional markets in West Sulawesi Province has dropped by Rp 50 compared to the previous day, reaching Rp 20,600.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of cooking oil in traditional markets has increased from Rp 19,800.

Meanwhile, the daily price of cooking oil in traditional markets in West Sulawesi over the past three months has increased by 7.85% from the previous recorded price of Rp 19,100.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of cooking oil in traditional markets in this province was in March 2022, with an increase of 13.22%, while the lowest decrease was recorded in February 2018, with a decrease of -10.62%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in West Sulawesi show four commodities decreased and 14 increased. The commodities with decreased prices are Curly Red Chili, Medium-Sized Red Onion, Garlic, and Medium-Sized Garlic.
