Transportation Inflation in Cirebon City, April 6.11%

The price of components contributing to passenger transportation inflation in Cirebon City in April reached 6.11%. This figure is higher than the previous month, which was recorded at -1.37%. Among the seven inflation groups measured in this area, the transportation group contributed 0.62% to inflation in Cirebon City.

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) reported that the consumer price index (CPI) for transportation in Cirebon City was at 123.23 in April 2024, higher than the previous month's 116.13.

Compared to the same month last year, transportation inflation has fallen by 15.2% (year on year/yoy). Compared to the beginning of the year, the prices of components contributing to inflation in Cirebon City have grown by 6.11% (year to date/ytd).

This sub-group inflation experienced the second-highest increase compared to other contributing sub-groups.
