Chicken Prices in East Java's Traditional Markets Down 5.91% in the Last Month

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 11:44 WIB, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in East Java Province has decreased by Rp 900 compared to the previous day, reaching Rp 33,450.

Compared to the price over the past month, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets has decreased from Rp 35,550.

Meanwhile, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in East Java over the past three months has decreased by 3.32%. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in East Java Province was traded at Rp 34,600.

The record high for the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2020 with an increase of 15.66%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in April 2020 with a decrease of -10.73%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in East Java show 14 commodities decreased and nine others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are: Daily Curly Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Large Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Fresh Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Premium Quality Sugar in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Sugar in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Bird's Eye Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Chicken in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Red Bird's Eye Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Fresh Chicken in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Green Bird's Eye Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Loose Cooking Oil in Traditional Markets by Province, and Daily Local Sugar in Traditional Markets by Province.
