Latest Food Prices in West Java, How Much is Red Chili Price?

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (September 16, 2025) at 09.46 AM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 18 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases include consumption salt, consumption sugar, dried soybean seeds (imported), broiler chicken meat, and packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler eggs, corn at the farmer level, curly red chilies, milkfish, and mackerel decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Dried soybean seeds (imported) increased the most by Rp157 (1.67%) to Rp9,586 per kg. The price of frozen buffalo meat (imported from abroad) dropped the deepest by Rp105,000 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
