Lampung Food Price Update Today: Onion Prices Up, Fish Prices Down (Monday, December 4, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (4/12/2023) at 15:46 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, garlic bulbs, red chilies, shallots, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), dry soybean seeds (import), simple packaged cooking oil, farmer-level corn, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp830 (2.98%) to Rp28,690 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of mackerel experienced the lowest decrease of Rp5,750 (16.47%) to Rp29,160 per kg.
