Latest Food Prices in Central Java Region: Salt Up, Buffalo Meat Down

Prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (14/11/2025) at 09:53 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 18 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include bulk wheat flour, consumption salt, dried soybean (imported), consumption sugar, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as medium rice, red cayenne pepper, red onion, curly red chili, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Consumption salt increased the most by Rp613 (5.81%) to Rp11,167 per kg. The price of fresh local buffalo meat decreased the most by Rp144,375 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
