West Java Food Prices Today: Beef Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (24/7/2024) at 08.37 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 18 commodities decreased in price.

The commodities that increased in price are red chilies, pure beef, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), medium rice, farmer-level corn, SPHP rice, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Pure beef prices increased the most by Rp3,980 (2.98%) to Rp137,450 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of iodized fine salt decreased the most sharply by Rp960 (9.04%) to Rp9,660 per kg.
