Latest Food Prices in West Java, What's the Price of Chicken Meat?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to be lower than yesterday's.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (5/11/2024) at 08.05 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 2 commodities increased in price and 19 commodities decreased.

The commodities that increased in price are shallots and broiler chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, simple packaged cooking oil, pure beef, milkfish, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp1,430 (4.27%) to Rp34,900 per kg. Iodized fine salt experienced the sharpest price drop, falling Rp2,330 (22.84%) to Rp7,870 per kg.
