Latest Food Prices in Jambi Region: Chili Prices Up, Onion Prices Down (Thursday, February 22, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (22/2/2024) at 09.33 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 2 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, chicken eggs, red chilies, chicken meat, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna prices saw the highest increase of Rp1,590 (6.0%) to Rp28,070 per kg. Milkfish prices saw the lowest decrease of Rp690 (2.41%) to Rp27,930 per kg.
