Latest Food Prices in Lampung Region: Chicken Price Up, Salt Price Down (Saturday, January 27, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (27/1/2024) at 09.24 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, granulated sugar, dry soybean (import), bulk wheat flour, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), simple packaged cooking oil, curly red chilies, fine iodized salt, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of broiler chicken experienced the highest increase, jumping Rp2,300 (7.0%) to Rp35,160 per kg. The price of mackerel experienced the lowest decrease, dropping Rp4,070 (12.61%) to Rp28,200 per kg.

7. Mackerel: Rp28,200 per kg (down 12.61%)
8. Chicken Eggs: Rp27,400 per kg (up 2.24%)
9. Milkfish: Rp26,590 per kg (down 7.38%)
10. Skipjack Tuna: Rp26,160 per kg (down 3.11%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,040 per kg (up 0.06%)
