Today's Food Prices (09/12) in Banten: Oil and Rice Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today were observed to rise compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (09/12/2025) at 17:40 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 6 increased and 1 decreased.

Commodities with rising prices include curly red chili, premium rice, Honan garlic, Minyakita, and shallots.

Meanwhile, only large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Minyakita commodity surged the highest by Rp460 (2.8%) to Rp16,907 per liter. As for large red chili price, it dropped the sharpest by Rp667 (1.08%) to Rp61,000 per kg.

8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp29,400 per kg (unchanged)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,467 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,700 per kg (unchanged)
