Current Food Prices in Lampung: Prices of Oil, Onions, and Sugar Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (27/11/2024) at 11.07 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are chicken eggs, farmer-level corn, bulk cooking oil, medium rice, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, shallots, SPHP rice, simple packaged cooking oil, and red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp960 (3.51%) to Rp28,290 per kg. Meanwhile, shallot prices fell the most sharply by Rp1,670 (4.8%) to Rp33,120 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 21 food commodities in Lampung according to Bapanas on November 27, 2024, at 11.07 WIB.

3. Chicken Meat: Rp35,280 per kg (down 1.26%)
4. Shallots: Rp33,120 per kg (down 4.8%)
5. Mackerel: Rp31,110 per kg (down 1.02%)
6. Red Chilies: Rp30,960 per kg (down 1.87%)
7. Milkfish: Rp28,290 per kg (up 3.51%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp28,170 per kg (down 2.15%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp27,170 per kg (up 0.74%)
10. Curly Red Chilies: Rp21,690 per kg (unchanged)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,630 per kg (down 0.11%)
