Daily Price of Branded Packaged Cooking Oil in Traditional Markets, April 2024-2025

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 12:44 WIB, the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil in East Kalimantan's traditional markets increased by Rp1,100 compared to the previous day, reaching Rp23,850.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil in traditional markets has increased from Rp23,650.

Over the past three months, the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil in East Kalimantan's traditional markets has increased by 3.02% from Rp23,150.

The highest price increase for daily branded packaged cooking oil in the province's traditional markets was recorded in December 2018, at 30.25%, while the lowest decrease was recorded in March 2020, at -23.17%.

According to the PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in East Kalimantan show 22 commodities decreased and three increased. The sembako with decreased prices are: Super I Quality Rice, Green Chili, Red Chili, Medium I Quality Rice, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil, Granulated Sugar, Fresh Chicken Eggs, Chili, Chicken Eggs, Red Onion, Quality 2 Beef, Medium-Sized Red Onion, Garlic, Medium-Sized Garlic, Beef, Red Chili, Fresh Chicken Meat, Large Red Chili, Chicken Meat, Rice, Curly Red Chili, and Premium Quality Granulated Sugar.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to the price changes over the past month in East Kalimantan Province:

1. Super I Quality Rice: Rp16,200/kg (down 2.7%)
2. Green Chili: Rp136,200/kg (down 16.16%)
3. Lower Quality I Rice: Rp15,350/kg (up 0.33%)
4. Red Chili: Rp117,150/kg (down 19.15%)
5. Medium I Quality Rice: Rp15,900/kg (down 4.5%)
6. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp21,300/kg (down 2.74%)
7. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,600/kg (down 0.56%)
8. Cooking Oil: Rp22,050/kg (up 2.8%)
9. Fresh Chicken Eggs: Rp38,550/kg (down 0.13%)
10. Chili: Rp126,700/kg (down 17.57%)
11. Chicken Eggs: Rp38,550/kg (down 0.13%)
12. Red Onion: Rp58,700/kg (down 12.97%)
13. Quality 2 Beef: Rp150,800/kg (down 1.24%)
