Current Jambi Region Food Prices: Chicken Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (18/9/2024) at 12.01 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 2 commodities increased in price and 5 commodities decreased.

The commodities that increased in price are milkfish and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, garlic bulbs, shallots, red chilies, and mackerel decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish saw the highest increase of Rp1,290 (4.62%) to Rp29,220 per kg. The price of red chilies saw the largest decrease of Rp790 (1.77%) to Rp43,840 per kg.
