Officials are required to declare their assets and liabilities annually in the form of a State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN).
Every year, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) routinely measures the level of LHKPN compliance in various official environments, including the executive, legislative, and judicial branches.
Compliance is measured by the number of LHKPN reports with "complete" status, divided by the total number of officials required to report.
For the 2022 LHKPN period, the reporting deadline ended on March 31, 2023. However, by that deadline, no ministry had achieved 100% compliance, as shown in the graph.
Among ministries, the highest LHKPN compliance rate this year was achieved by the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes), at 89.45%.
This means that of all Kemenkes officials required to report LHKPN, totaling 1,631 people, 89.45% have submitted complete reports.
The lowest LHKPN compliance was achieved by the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs (Kemenko Polhukam), at only 40.22%.
This is despite the fact that the number of officials required to report in the ministry led by Mahfud MD is only 92 people.
