Forbes released a list of 3,199 world's richest people spread across 79 countries in February 2026.

The United States is the country with the most billionaires in the world as of Wednesday (February 25, 2026). The number of billionaires in this country is 936 people.

Overall, the richest people in the United States have a total wealth of US$8.255 trillion (Rp128.961 trillion), based on the exchange rate of Rp16,745/US$ on February 25, 2026.

Next, China follows in second place with 517 billionaires. The total wealth of billionaires in China is US$2.122 billion (Rp33.163 trillion). The wealth of each Chinese billionaire ranges from US$0.93 - 69.3 billion, equivalent to Rp14.53 - 1.082 trillion.

Then, below China is India, which has 215 billionaires with a total wealth of US$994.42 billion (Rp15.534 trillion).

Indonesia is not among the top 10 countries with the most billionaires. However, Indonesia is ranked 20th with 33 billionaires who have a collective wealth of US$210.58 billion (Rp3.289 trillion).
