West Kalimantan's Vaccination Coverage Reached 48.58 Percent of the Target as of Friday, November 19, 2021

As of Friday, November 19, 2021, West Kalimantan Province had achieved a 48.58% vaccination rate for the first dose. This equates to 1.88 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 3.87 million people. The second dose vaccination rate reached 29.96% of the target.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 25,020 recipients. For the first dose, 25,020 people were vaccinated (140.53% of the target), and for the second dose, 33,480 people were vaccinated (133.8% of the target).

For public sector workers, the target was 291,650 people. The first dose vaccination reached 301,170 people (103.26% of the target), and the second dose reached 267,040 people (91.56% of the target).

For the elderly, the target was 350,690 people. The first dose was administered to 91,790 people (26.17% of the target), while the second dose reached only 56,770 people (16.19% of the target).

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 2.64 million people. The first dose was administered to 1.04 million people (40.72% of the target), while the second dose reached only 534,760 people (21.24% of the target).

For adolescents aged 12-17, the target was 569,700 people. The first dose was administered to 380,120 people (66.72% of the target), while the second dose reached only 243,030 people (42.66% of the target).
