Several districts/cities in West Nusa Tenggara province still record relatively low vaccination rates compared to other areas. Some of these districts/cities include Bima Regency, Bima City, and West Lombok Regency.
As of Wednesday, February 2, 2022, these three areas had only completed 771,800 first doses of the vaccine, out of a target of 1.03 million vaccine recipients.
Bima Regency is ranked first in terms of low vaccination rates. As of yesterday, this region has achieved a 70.38% vaccination rate, the lowest among the 10 other districts/cities. The vaccination program in this regency targets 386,850 participants. The average weekly vaccination rate last week was 2,035 participants. The remaining vaccine stock is currently 16,512 doses.
Next is Bima City, ranked second lowest. With a vaccination target of 112,760 participants, the vaccination realization has reached 77.34%, or 87,201 participants. The average weekly vaccination rate last week was 382 participants. The remaining vaccine stock is currently 11,692 doses.
West Lombok Regency is ranked third. With a vaccination target of 530,170 participants, the vaccination realization has reached 77.77%, or 412,340 participants. The average weekly vaccination rate last week was 3,337 participants. The available vaccine stock is 36,213 doses.
At the provincial level, the total first dose vaccination in West Nusa Tenggara has reached 88.03%, covering 3.44 million vaccine recipients. The second dose vaccination has reached 58.37%, covering 2.28 million vaccine recipients.
