The implementation of the third dose vaccination program has been underway for a semester across all regions. The latest data shows that the highest third-dose vaccination rate in the Riau Islands is in Batam City, reaching 41.39% as of Saturday, December 24, 2022.

Previously, the first dose vaccination rate in Batam City reached 117.51%, and the second dose reached 102.17%. A total of 2.37 million doses have been administered in this region, exceeding the target of 907,320 vaccine recipients.

Tanjung Pinang City follows, with a total of 2.37 million doses administered, exceeding the target of 907,320 vaccine recipients. The third-dose vaccination rate in Tanjung Pinang City stands at 31.22%.

Next, Natuna Regency has achieved a 28.67% vaccination rate, Karimun Regency 26.99%, and Anambas Islands Regency 25.31%.

Nationally, Indonesia's third-dose vaccination rate currently stands at 29.08%, a difference of 0.02 percentage points compared to the previous day.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health's dashboard, the national vaccination rate for the first dose has reached 86.91%, and the second dose has reached 74.44%, based on the target number of vaccine recipients.
