According to data from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the United States (US) is the world's largest exporter of digital products.
These digital products are defined as digitally deliverable services, meaning products or services that can be delivered via the internet.
Examples of products in this category include financial management services, information technology services, research, professional services, and audio-visual content such as music, films, and others.
Throughout 2023, the value of US digital product exports reached US$680.46 billion.
This figure represents 15% of the total value of global digital product exports, the largest share among approximately 200 countries in the UNCTAD database.
The US has consistently led global digital product exports since 2010.
Besides the US, countries with high digital product exports are generally developed nations, with the exceptions of India and China, which are still considered developing countries.
Here is a list of the top 10 largest global exporters of digital products in 2023:

Starting this year, US digital products can enter Indonesia duty-free.
This is stipulated in a new trade agreement between the US and Indonesian governments, published on The White House website, on July 22, 2025.
"Indonesia has committed to address barriers impacting digital trade, services, and investment," quoted from The White House.
This agreement has been welcomed by the Association for Competitive Technology (ACT), a US association of digital application developers.
"We commend the Indonesian government for joining the United States in committing to support a World Trade Organization agreement that ensures countries will not apply taxes or customs duties to digital service transmissions," said ACT President Morgan Reed, as reported by The White House on July 22, 2025.
