The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Gresik Regency, East Java reached 102.92 points in 2025.

This figure decreased by 3.52 points compared to last year and dropped by 14.15 points over the past five years.

Referring to the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding the Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the price in the reference city, namely Surabaya.
