Populi Center: Anies Baswedan Holds Highest Electability in Jakarta Gubernatorial Candidate Poll for 2024

Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan has the highest electability as a candidate for the 2024 Jakarta gubernatorial election. This is based on a Populi Center survey showing Anies' electability at 47.5%.

Second in this survey is Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, also known as Ahok. The President Commissioner of PT Pertamina has an electability of 8.5%.

Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, also known as Sandiaga Uno, ranks third in this survey. The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy has an electability of 5.3%.

Next, Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini has an electability of 3.5%. Deputy Governor of Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria follows in fifth place with an electability of 3%.

West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil has an electability of 2.3%. Then, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo and Chairman of the Democratic Party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono each have an electability of 1.7%.

Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Tohir is next with an electability of 0.8%. Meanwhile, Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka ranks tenth with an electability of 0.7%.

This Populi Center survey was conducted on 600 respondents in 60 sub-districts in Jakarta. The survey was conducted from January 26 to February 1, 2022, using a multistage random sampling method. The survey's margin of error is ± 4% at a 95% confidence level.
