Today's Food Prices (20/3) in DKI Jakarta: Chicken Meat Prices Rise

Some food commodity prices in DKI Jakarta today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (20/3/2026) at 18:01 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 3 commodities decreased.

Commodities that experienced price increases are curly red chili, broiler chicken meat, shallots, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as beef rump, red bird's eye chili, and Minyakita decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler chicken meat prices jumped the highest by Rp208 (0.47%) to Rp44,389 per kg. As for red bird's eye chili, prices dropped the most by Rp2,500 (2.18%) to Rp112,083 per kg.
